Dragonfly asked me what a Bourbon biscuit was so I thought I would share a picture.
Nothing to do with alcohol at all - much more like a cookie. But high on chocolate which is great!

We have similar looking cookie in Canada but it is called Peak Freens.

And here I had all these lofty ideas that there was yet another use for Bourbob (the alcohol). Hah! They look good, though. :)
