I cannot even get my head around this sort of money.
Feel very sick. And scared. And underneath it all a teensy bit excited.

Congratulations on the house. That is wonderful. It will be one of the most stressful situations in your life, but don't despair. When all the paperwork is done and a few years go by, you will be so glad you did it.
