I am not a fan of Monday's usually but this one is shaping up to be a stinker.
I had a terrible night's sleep.
I reversed my car into a lampost.
I forgot my secret santa present.
I appear to have developed a cold.
I think a lot of this might have something to do with the fact that I have been out for 6 nights in a row but it's Christmas and these things just happen.
I had a brilliant weekend though.
I am completely gutted about my car. What an idiot. The worst bit was I was so careful about not hitting it when I parked there last night then completely forgot about it this morning.
I hope you all had a great weekend.

Dumb question...do you always say reversed? We would have said "I backed into a lightpost".
OH, I have a list of movies for you I just haven't had time to send it yet.
Doug: not a dumb question. I always say reversed though!
Kate: Thanks, serves me right though, should be more careful.
Doug: I'm looking forward to that list!
Ah sucky.
I think saying 'reversed' is a British thing.
Hope your day picked up...
Sorry about your car Kelly, that really sucks. Hope it's not too badly dented.
I reversed into my housemate's car once... now that was a dumb thing to do!
One morning I was backing off my drive. Looked over my shoulder, plonked it in first, and drove straight into the garage door. I was fortunate I didn't hit it that hard though - just a minor dent.
Then I stalled and bunny hopped forward, taking it off it's hinges.
Bah.
Sounds like somebody's got a case of the Munday's.
How was the lamppost you reversed into?
Reversed = Definitely a British thing!
Lampost is fine, thanks for asking, although it will probably sue me for damages and emotional distress!
